"From the Andes mountains that separate us from the world, come our Andes Plateau wines. The height of the mountains, their climate and soil, allow us to have healthy vineyards and wines made in a traditional and natural way: Wines fermented with native yeasts, without chemicals, and with the barest minimum of sulfites. Our wines are fresh, elegant and with great acidity, tense and playful in the mouth. We want people who enjoy a glass to sense that it is a wine from these mountains, made in an artisanal way. My wife and I are winemakers and we’ve put everything aside to start our own Andean adventure; by bringing our children into it, it’s become a reason for living. The wine is place but also passion and that’s what ultimately drives Andes Plateau."
